MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Heroes vs. Educators Basketball Game on Friday, March 24th @ 7:00 P.M. to support Dominic & Madison!
On March 24th (Friday) @ 7:00pm Monroe Local Schools will be hosting a fundraiser basketball game for the families of Madison Smallwood and Dominic Watkins, two students fighting childhood cancer. The game will be against the police/fire department vs monroe staff “Heroes vs Educators”. Admission will be $5.00, and sports memorabilia as well as other items will be raffled off with all proceeds going to both families. Starting March 6th, students will be raising money in the morning by the rotunda to see their favorite teacher/staff member get pied at halftime of the basketball game. The top 3 teachers that have raised the most money will get pied and the top teacher will get pied twice. We don’t want an empty seat in stands, we want it packed out!! Come support these two great kids as they continue their fight against cancer. “We don’t fight alone, we fight together!”
